HIIT stands for high intensity interval training. This interval-based workout is a combination of cardio and strength exercises performed at a high intensity followed by a short, low intensity recovery period. This circuit-style class is sure to provide a tough workout. You’ll be challenged to push your own individual limits and walk out feeling strong!
